HiChem Rust Not Epoxy Paint is a high-performance protective coating designed to provide long-lasting rust and corrosion protection for metal surfaces. Formulated with a durable epoxy-based enamel system, this coating creates a tough, weather-resistant barrier that helps shield metal from moisture, oxidation and environmental exposure. The bright white finish delivers a clean, professional appearance while offering strong protection against corrosion and surface wear.
Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, this versatile epoxy paint can be used on a wide range of surfaces including wrought iron, metal structures, railings, fences, gates, gutters, downpipes, garden furniture and tools. When used with the appropriate primer, it can also be applied to galvanised steel, zinc-coated steel, aluminium, timber and concrete, making it a flexible solution for many maintenance, restoration and fabrication projects. The coating forms a durable, abrasion-resistant finish that is easy to apply using brush, roller or spray methods.

4L size suitable for larger projects
Recommended temperature: 10°C – 32°C with humidity below 65%
Dry to touch: Approximately 2 hours
Hard dry: Approximately 24 hours (based on 20°C and 50% humidity)
Spray application: 2–3 medium coats with 10–15 minutes between coats
Brush/Roller: Apply one coat, allow 24 hours drying, lightly sand then apply second coat
Clean-up: Use Enamel Thinner E250
Always ensure surfaces are clean, dry and properly prepared before application for best adhesion and performance.
