Silver QD 601 Super Enamel 1L - HiChem

Application & Preparation
Remove rust, old paint, and contaminants before application
Clean surfaces with HiChem Wax & Grease Remover
For ferrous metals, apply HiChem Structural Primer (3250)
For non-ferrous surfaces, use HiChem Super Etch Primer
Apply two medium coats, allowing 15–20 minutes flash-off between coats
Mixing & Clean-Up
Thin 15–20% with HiChem Enamel Thinner E250
In hot conditions, thinning may be done with white spirits
Clean equipment using enamel thinner
Drying Times (at 25°C)
Dust Free: 20–30 minutes
Tack Free: 2–3 hours
Hard Dry: 16–24 hours
Coverage
Approximately 15m² per litre @ 25 microns
Optional Hardener Mix
