Remove seized diesel injectors safely and efficiently with the PKTool 17 Piece KIA/HYUNDAI Injector Removal Kit – engineered to protect, perform, and deliver results. Designed for Korean diesel engines, this professional-grade kit allows for the extraction of stubborn injectors without the need to remove the cylinder head, saving you time, labour, and the risk of costly damage. The robust puller frame is purpose-built to support the removal mechanism above sensitive areas like the rocker cover, using adaptable mounting points and support feet to ensure stability and precision throughout the process.
This versatile kit includes a ball-bearing supported manual puller and can also be used with an 18-ton compact hydraulic ram for additional pulling power when needed. Thanks to its internal pulling adapter, which screws directly into the injector body, and a clamp-around puller for external grip, injectors can often be removed fully intact – ready for reuse. Compatible with most Korean diesel engines (1.3L to 2.2L), including KIA and HYUNDAI models, and suitable for some Bosch injectors, this 17-piece set helps reduce downtime while boosting your workshop's efficiency and professionalism.
