Instructions
Manual Packing
1. Remove dust cover
2. Remove the handle & place the rounded side of the bearing
face down into the cradle, over the shaft of the piston. Refit the handle, firmly holding the bearing in place
3. Push down on the handle and the grease will flow into the bearing
4. Continue until the grease has pushed all of the old grease out & is completely oozing through the bearing 5. Remove the bearing & refill the packer as required 6. Replace dust cover
Grease Gun Filling
1. Using the handle, lift the piston until just below the lip of the cup
2. Unscrew the handle
3. Connect a grease gun to the grease nipple & pump grease into the cup until it is full
