Every order also comes with live tracking in your inbox. As soon as it ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a Track button that takes you straight to your parcel's latest status with the courier — and your original order confirmation has a live order status link as well.
Where to find your tracking link
Open the email from Universal Auto Spares titled "A shipment from your order is on the way" and tap Track your shipment. Your original order confirmation email also has an order status link that updates in real time as your parcel moves.
Can't find your order number or the email?
No dramas — try these first:
- Your order number is in your order confirmation email — it looks like #1234.
- Log in to your account and check your order — your order history shows every order number and its tracking status.
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Search your inbox for "Universal Auto Spares" or "shipment".
- Make sure you're checking the email address used at checkout.
- Freshly placed orders won't have tracking yet — in-stock orders ship within 24 hours and you'll get the email the moment they're dispatched.
