The DPF Cleaning Fluid Kit is a professional, workshop-proven solution designed to clean clogged Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) efficiently and cost-effectively—without the need to remove or dismantle the DPF.
This two-step system helps restore DPF performance, reduce harmful exhaust emissions, and prevent costly DPF replacements, allowing regeneration work to be carried out in-house.
The kit uses a two-step cleaning process:
Once both steps are completed, the DPF is ready for a full regeneration cycle.
The DPF Cleaning Gun is specifically designed for use with the DPF Cleaning Fluids.
It includes a hose with a conical nozzle, which connects to the soft hose of the front pressure sensor—typically the easiest access point for effective cleaning with minimal effort.
A direct-spray probe designed for use through a sensor opening, allowing targeted cleaning directly onto the DPF filter monolith.
