The DPF Cleaning Range by Penrite is a professional-grade solution for cleaning clogged Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs) in a fast, effective, and affordable way—without the need to remove the filter. This two-step system includes a DPF Cleaning Fluid and DPF Flushing Fluid, designed to loosen and flush out soot, ash, and other contaminants that hinder proper regeneration. Used in conjunction with the DPF Cleaning Gun and optional DPF Probe, this kit offers a reliable and in-house alternative to expensive DPF replacements.
The process involves applying Step 1 Cleaning Fluid to dissolve soot and Step 2 Flushing Fluid to rinse the filter clean, enabling a full regeneration cycle. The specially designed DPF Cleaning Gun connects easily to the pressure sensor hose or temperature sensor inlet, ensuring targeted delivery and effective cleaning. Perfect for automotive workshops, diesel mechanics, and performance tuners.

Compatible with most diesel vehicles via pressure sensor or temp sensor access

Fast and easy application with no special tools required beyond a compressor
Step 1: DPF Cleaning Fluid – Soaks and dissolves soot and contamination
Step 2: DPF Flushing Fluid – Flushes out residue and repositions soot into the trap
DPF Cleaning Gun – With hose, conical nozzle & pressure reducer
Optional Cleaning Probe – Enables deeper penetration through sensor ports
Fill the cleaning gun with DPF Cleaning Fluid and pulse into the DPF inlet.
Let it soak and repeat until fluid is used.
Run the engine to circulate.
Refill gun with DPF Flushing Fluid, pulse again.
Dry sensor hoses, reconnect, and perform regeneration (drive or force via diagnostic tool).
Clear any warning codes and clean all equipment thoroughly.
💡 Use a bucket under the exhaust to catch expelled fluid during cleaning.
